We only collect data you provide through our forms:

• Booking: name, phone, email, address, selected service, date/time and notes.
• Contact and quote requests: name, email, phone, car registration number and your message.
• Membership registration: name, phone, email, optional address and car model.
• Reviews: your star rating, review text, the display name and city you choose, and any screenshot you upload.

• To schedule and deliver the service you request (performance of a contract).
• To contact you about your booking or quote (legitimate interest / your request).
• To run the membership and loyalty programme (your consent).
• To show your review on this website, and only after you send it to us and we approve it (your consent).

If we publish a review you wrote, only the display name and city you entered in the review form are shown. Your address, email and phone number are never published.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the website — for example hosting and email-delivery providers — who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. Reviews you post on Google or Facebook are governed by those platforms’ own policies.

We keep booking and contact data only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Membership data is kept until you ask us to close your membership.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased or its processing restricted;
• object to processing and withdraw consent at any time;
• data portability; and to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.

This site uses only essential cookies required for it to function. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first through the cookie banner.

We count how many times each page is opened, in which language, and which site the visitor arrived from. This is done without cookies, and no IP address, name or device identifier is stored. Each visit is reduced to a one-way code that changes every night, so the count cannot be traced back to a person or followed from one day to the next.
